Hey my scrappy peeps, it's me again. I'm here with another project but, this one I am really proud of. Don't get me wrong I am proud of all of my work, this is just my favorite, by far. It is another Patron box that I turned into well you will see. I hope ya'll like it to.                                                                                           I t took me about 2 months to get it the way I wanted. First I wanted to use Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells paper, then I got to looking in my hoard fault and found Steampunk Botanical.by Recollections. And I do have to say it was perfect for this project. Well enough about that here it is,Drum roll please.
Ta Da, I painted it Black and then done a crackle finish with Elmer's glue, then went over it with white. Love this effect more then the crackle medium you buy in a bottle. Here are more close ups of the front of the clock.

This is of coarse the top of the clock.I used a lot of Prima, WOC flowers and A metal flower I got from a charm. I also have a few gears hid up in there. And fussy cut gears from the paper and added some gears to it. Now here is the bottom.
I hung the Hot Air balloon on the pendulum. That way when the clock is going it looks like it's swaying in the air. I also fussy cut the butterflies from the paper and put them down the side with gears on them. I also used a Tim Holtz keyhole some more flowers and cutouts from Romance novel and wings from an old pair of earrings.
Now this is the inside of the clock without the pendulum. So I can have it with or without. As you can see this took a lot of fussy cutting! Talking about tired hands. lol
Now I hope you enjoyed this project. Until next time my scrappy peeps, have a great crafty day.

Hey scrappy peeps I have another project to share with ya'll. It's a Vintage Camera with a Mini Album inside. Now this project is created for our friends daughter, Megan She is a living doll as you can see. Who can resits that face. lol And she knows it to. I hope she enjoys it and treasure it as I treasure her. I love you Meg Meg.
I got the inspiration from Mrs. Cynthialoowho Vintage Camera tutorial on YouTube. I hope when Mrs. Cynthialoowho see's this that she thinks I did this justice. I would also like to know everyone else's opinion. So please leave comments.
I used Prima's Fairy Rhymes 6x6 paper pad. I don't often use pastels but, love this collection. A Micheal's frame for the lens, painted it warm white and sprayed a little Lindy's Stamp Gang on it.The picture behind the lens can also be removed to put a picture there. I also used a Hedi Swapp stencil. The view finder was used with a real magnifying glass I had in my stash for some reason. lol. I put chipboard over it and added mini pearl trim around that. Then for the flash is a Micheal's door knob.
This is the back of the Camera. You can see the Mini Album inside the Camera.

Now I hope ya'll are enjoying the photos of my project
Now the mini Album has a Leeza Gibbons flower, along with some Wild Orchid Craft Flowers and various flowers from my stash. I also added leave wood pieces and a pink pearl spray and a green nylon butterfly also from my stash. Now down the spine of the book I used ribbon and black bling. I also stuffed cut up pieces of rosette trim in along with the flowers.
Now here is a close up of the front of the Mini Album. The big pink flower is the Lezza Gibbons one, and all I have to say is wow they are beautiful in person and can't wait to get my hand on more. Now the metal title says Memories, which is the title of the album. I sure did enjoy creating this and hope to make more. Thanks for stopping by my scrappy peeps, and I hope ya'll have a scrappy happy day.

Ok , scrappy friends I have a new project done and want to show ya'll. Now some of my friends from Shabby Chic Crafters on Facebook has done seen. I have made it for my Mom on Mother's Day.

I made it out of a bottle rocker or bottle cradle, which ever one you would like to call it. My fiance got it from work, he works part time at a Liquor store. He is all the time bringing me goodies home for me. And that is just one of the things I love about him. But, anyways back to the project. It is a Shabby Chic flip book.

first got a friend of mine to drill the holes bigger in the sides where I could put the dowel, through it to hold the flip book, gessoed and painted each of them with warm white. then added texture with a brick stencil.

Here are some other shots of the flip book.

Off to the side I made a swing out of chipboard and used Lindy's Stamp Gang to make it look like wood. used twin to hang it up. I also used a couple flowers  to put on it. And also used a Martha Stewart  punch for the butterfly.

Now the sides were embellished the same. Also used Prima Say it with Pearls cut and put up the sides.to make a vine.
The flip book was made with chipboard and Graphic 45 Secret Garden paper. front and back. I embellished it with WOC flowers, flowers from my stash, pearl trim, and cut outs and cut banners from the paper.

I hope to put a tutorial on YouTube soon of how I have made the flip book.
I hope you enjoy it, and all thoughts and comments are welcome.
